Education Festival has been implemented since 2015 as a teacher-centered, peer-to-peer learning model led by volunteers, aiming to provide teachers with equal, free, and inclusive access to professional and personal development opportunities. The Education Festival seeks to create a national learning ecosystem where teachers working in diverse socioeconomic and geographic contexts learn from each other, strengthen their professional well-being, and develop their instructional and local leadership capacities. From 2015 to 2026, the Education Festival has reached a total of 38,934 teachers.
