11. The ÖRAV Education Festival offered a holistic experience model that not only supports teachers’ professional development but also strengthens their well-being, while placing peer solidarity and collaborative learning at its core. The Festival delivered a total of 561 workshops across 35 provinces in Türkiye, 44 online and 517 face-to-face. A total of 14,908 teachers participated in these workshops.
As part of the evaluation process, online surveys prepared for participants were completed by 9,546 respondents, and the findings were examined through both quantitative and qualitative analyses. The overall level of satisfaction clearly demonstrates the strong impact of the Festival on participants. The average overall satisfaction score was calculated as 9.55 for face-to-face participants and 9.50 for online participants.
