Program Objectives

This program aims to support teachers in exploring the concept of happiness from a scientific perspective and applying the components of the PERMA-V model (Positive Emotion, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning, Accomplishment and Vitality) both in their personal lives and in the classroom.

Throughout the training, the following topics will be addressed:

  • Happiness from a scientific perspective
  • PERMA-V model components within the framework of Positive Psychology
  • Practical strategies for integrating the PERMA-V model into teachers’ professional identities and daily educational practices

Who Can Participate?

All teachers are welcome to apply.

Program Duration

The Happiness with PERMA-V in Life and in the Classroom program is designed as an asynchronous training, meaning participants can complete the content at their own pace and time.

Duration: 1 month access

Flexible learning based on individual progress plans

The training also provides open-source classroom application tools, including 30 Target Cards, a Happiness Journal, a Mood Meter, and more.

*Asynchronous: Sessions that are not held in real time and can be completed at any time during the program, at each participant’s own pace.

Certificate of Participation

Teachers who complete the asynchronous program will receive a digital Certificate of Participation from the Teacher Academy Foundation, accessible via eCampus.
